Early access terms

Who you’re dealing with

Synapse Retention is run by Mohamed Hamed and Mohamed Belal, from Budapest and London. Our company is being registered. Until then, these terms are between you and Mohamed Hamed and Mohamed Belal, who run Synapse Retention.

Synapse Retention is for businesses: online stores and the agencies that run their email.

Early access is free

Early access lets stores and agencies use Synapse Retention for free while we’re starting out. We don’t ask for a card, and we charge you nothing.

We may change what early access includes, or end it. We email your workspace’s owners a month before early access ends. We do the same before a change that takes something away. If prices start, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

The service, as it is

We provide Synapse Retention as it is, and when it’s available. We work hard to get every check right, but no check catches everything, and ours can be wrong. So check anything important yourself before you act on it.

What you must not do

• Don’t add our addresses to a brand’s list without that brand’s permission.
• Don’t connect a Klaviyo account you have no right to connect.
• Don’t try to reach another workspace’s data, or disrupt the service.

If you do any of these, we may end your access straight away.

Stopping, and deleting your data

You can stop at any time, and you don’t need to give a reason. Remove our addresses from your lists, and disconnect Klaviyo.

To have your data deleted, email us from the address of one of your workspace’s owners. We delete your workspace and everything in it, and tell you when it’s done. A weekly backup can keep a copy for up to 4 weeks. Our privacy notice says what we keep after that, and for how long.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we email your workspace’s owners a month before the change applies. The date at the top of this page changes with them.
